It may be possible to handle data relating to persons companies, or organizations, either identified or identifiable.

The “Owner” of their handling is ESA S.p.a. with head offices in Piazza Galimberti 1, 12100 CUNEO – Italia.

PLACE OF DATA HANDLING

The handling operations connected to the web services of this site will take place at the head offices of ESA S.p.a. and will be managed by the technical personnel of the office responsible for the handling operations, or the employees engaged in occasional maintenance operations.

No details arising from the web service will be communicated or divulged.

The personal details provided by the users that send requests for informative materials (brochures, details on the features of the services offered,  replies to questions and further explanations etc) will be used solely to effect the service or requested and will be divulged to third parties only should it be necessary for that purpose ( despatch of advertising and/or illustrated materials that may have been requested etc. ).

The IT systems and the software procedures used for the operation of this web site, will acquire, during the course of normal use, certain personal data that is implicit in the Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated to any specific interests, but due to their very nature, could  processing and association with data held by third parties permit the identification of the users.

This category includes the IP addresses or the names of the dominion of the computers used by these same users on connection to the site, the addresses concerned URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the state of the response given by the server server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.

This data will be used solely for the purposes of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the site and in order to monitor its correct function and will be cancelled immediately after processing. Such data may be used for the verification of responsibility in the event of any hypothetical computer fraud causing damage to the site: barring such a hypothesis, at the current time web contact data does not exist for more than 2 days-

The optional, explicit or voluntary despatch of e-mail to the indicated addresses of this site necessarily imply the transfer of the same address, which is needed in order to reply to the requests, as well as any other eventual personal data that may be included in the message or in the message transmission form.

No personal data of the user will be purposely acquired by the site.

cookies are not used for the transmission of personal details, neither are c.d. used, or persistent  cookies of any type, , or  any system for user tracing.

The use of c.d. session cookies  (that are not memorized in a persistent manner on the user computer and which disappear on closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification details (consisting of casual number generated by the server) and which are necessary to ensure the safe and secure exploration of the site.

The c.d. session cookies used in this site avoid the need for the use of any other IT techniques that could be potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of user surfing and which do not permit the acquisition of the personal identification details of the user.

DATA TRANSFER OPTION

Apart from what stated above regarding surfing data, the user is free to provide the personal details provided on the application form to ESA S.p.a. or those indicated in the contacts  with the office in order to speed up the despatch of informative materials or any other communications.

Failure to transfer such details will make it impossible to obtain what is required.

 MEANS OF HANDLING

 All personal details are handled by automated means for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they have been collected.

Specific security measures are adopted to prevent the loss of such details, their illegal or incorrect use, or non authorized access to the same.

To obtain a confirmation on the existence of such details or not and to know their content, and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request an update or addition or the amendment of the same in accordance with the terms of art. 7 of L.D. n. 196/2003.

In accordance with the terms of this said article the right exists to request the cancellation, or the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of any details that may have been handled in violation of the law, or to oppose their handling for legitimate reasons.
