Day 1:

Departure → Bologna

Departing from the Blurent Center in Anzola dell’Emilia, your campervan trip begins with a short and pleasant stopover in Bologna, a vibrant city rich in history. Here you can take the time to stroll under its porticoes, climb the Two Towers (if you like), and enjoy the atmosphere of Piazza Maggiore, perhaps stopping for a traditional dinner before your first night in the campervan.

Day 2:

Bologna → Ravenna

The next day, we continue to Ravenna, where the pace slows and art takes center stage. The city is famous for its Byzantine mosaics, and visiting places like San Vitale or the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia is a truly evocative experience. It’s a relaxing stop, perfect for soaking up the beauty without rushing.

Day 3:

Ravenna → Forlì → Cesena

After leaving Ravenna, the journey continues with a more dynamic day: a short stop in Forlì allows you to stroll through the historic center before reaching Cesena. Here, time seems to slow down again, especially when visiting the Malatestiana Library, a unique place that preserves the charm of the past.

Day 4:

Cesena → Rimini

On day four, the atmosphere changes as you arrive in Rimini, where you can combine culture with relaxation. After seeing Roman ruins like the Arch of Augustus and the Tiberius Bridge, you can indulge in a few hours on the beach, enjoying the sea and a more relaxed evening.

Day 5:

Rimini → San Marino

From Rimini, you then head up to San Marino, a short but scenic stop. Arriving at Mount Titano offers spectacular views, and walking among its medieval towers truly gives you the feeling of being suspended in time. It’s a quieter day, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the scenery.

Day 6:

San Marino → Arezzo

The sixth day is dedicated to a slightly longer journey towards Tuscany, to Arezzo. Here, you’ll find an authentic and less crowded atmosphere than other Tuscan cities, with elegant piazzas and artistic masterpieces such as frescoes by Piero della Francesca.

Day 7:

Arezzo → Siena

Continuing the journey, you arrive in Siena, one of the most iconic stops. Walking through the uniquely shaped Piazza del Campo and losing yourself in the medieval streets is an unforgettable experience. The city invites you to take it easy, perhaps with a traditional dinner in one of the districts.

Day 8:

Siena → San Gimignano

The next day, you reach San Gimignano, famous for its towers that rise above the hilly landscape. The atmosphere here is almost fairytale-like: you can stroll through narrow streets and squares and indulge in a tasting of local products, immersed in the Tuscan countryside.

Day 9:

San Gimignano → Florence

The penultimate stop is Florence, where the journey reaches one of its most intense moments. Between the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery, every corner speaks of art and history. It’s a city that requires some organization for the camper, but it rewards you with a unique experience.

Day 10:

Florence → Modena → Return

Finally, on the way back, you’ll stop in Modena, an elegant and refined city. Here you can visit the Duomo and perhaps discover the secrets of traditional balsamic vinegar before returning to Anzola dell’Emilia, concluding a journey rich in landscapes, art, and flavors.
