Dal 7 al 23 Agosto 2026 Un viaggio di 17 giorni nel cuore dell’Europa, un itinerario completo che unisce le due anime storiche della Repubblica Ceca: la fiabesca Boemia e la colta Moravia. I Gioielli della Boemia Si parte da Cesky Krumlov, città medievale patrimonio UNESCO, per risalire verso i grandi manieri reali: il romantico castello bianco di Hluboka e la fortezza imperiale di Karlstein, custode dei tesori del Sacro Romano Impero. Tappa d’obbligo alle celebri terme di Karlovy Vary. Praga e l’Argento Tre giornate saranno dedicate a Praga, la “Città d’Oro”. Esploreremo il maestoso Castello, i vicoli di Mala Strana e la Città Vecchia, per poi visitare la vicina Kutna Hora, famosa per la sua cattedrale gotica e le antiche miniere d’argento. La Storia in Moravia Spostandoci a est, calpesteremo i campi di battaglia di Austerlitz, dove Napoleone sconfisse i tre imperatori, e visiteremo Brno, legata al Risorgimento italiano per la Fortezza dello Spielberg (prigione di Silvio Pellico). Il tour si chiude tra i fasti barocchi di Olomouc e le piazze rinascimentali di Telc e Trebic. Meeting with the agency coordinator in Tarvisio in the late afternoon or evening. Overnight stay (independent arrangements).
Day 2: August 8, 2026
Tarvisio – Český Krumlov (440 km)
A day dedicated entirely to the journey. Arrival in Český Krumlov in the late afternoon. Accommodation at a campsite and overnight stay.
Day 3: August 9, 2026
Český Krumlov
A half-day guided bus tour—with an Italian-speaking guide—of one of Europe’s most beautiful historic cities, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will visit the imposing castle, which is the second-largest in the Czech Republic after Prague Castle. The afternoon is at the participants’ leisure. We can wander through the labyrinthine medieval town, with its characteristic cobblestone streets, and soak up the atmosphere of this perfectly preserved gem. Return to the campsite and overnight stay.
Day 4: August 10, 2026
Český Krumlov – České Budějovice – Hluboká – Písek (80 km)
Morning departure for České Budějovice, where we will stop to admire the elegant burgher houses surrounding one of Europe’s largest town squares. We then set off for Hluboká to visit the castle. Finally, we reach Písek to admire the country’s oldest bridge, dating back to the 12th century. Overnight stay (independent arrangements).
Day 5: August 11, 2026
Písek – Klatovy – Karlovy Vary (200 km)
Morning departure for the Bohemian Forest region. We will stop in Klatovy to visit the famous catacombs—featuring mummies—and the beautiful Baroque pharmacy. In the afternoon, we arrive in Karlovy Vary, one of Europe’s most beautiful spa towns. Free time to explore the town.
Overnight stay at a campsite.
Day 6: August 12, 2026
Karlovy Vary – Karlštejn – Prague (170 km)
Depart from the Karlovy Vary campsite to visit Karlštejn Castle—undoubtedly the most beautiful and most visited castle in the country. It was commissioned by Holy Roman Emperor and Czech King Charles IV to house royal treasures, collections of holy relics, and the crown jewels. After the visit, we travel to Prague. Overnight stay at a campsite.
Day 7: August 13, 2026
Prague
Transfer to the city center by private bus (one-way) for a full-day guided tour of the Czech capital. We will visit the Hradčany Castle district, a symbol of Prague’s history; it was the seat of Bohemian princes and kings and has housed the Presidency of the Czech Republic since 1918. Within the complex lie magnificent buildings and art treasures, such as the Old Royal Palace, the Romanesque St. George’s Basilica, and Golden Lane—where legend has it that alchemists at the court of Rudolf of Habsburg once lived—as well as St. Vitus Cathedral, the site of Bohemian royal coronations. In the afternoon, there will be free time for shopping. Return to the campsite via public transport.

Day 8: August 14, 2026
Prague
Transfer to the city center by public transport for the second day of the guided tour. We will explore the historic Jewish Quarter, once home to one of the most important Jewish communities in the West. Preserved sites include the Town Hall, the synagogues, and the ancient cemetery containing over 12,000 graves. We will then continue to Staré Město, the “Old Town,” to see the Astronomical Clock, St. Nicholas Church, Kinský Palace, and the Church of Our Lady before Týn. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, we will visit Malá Strana, the “Lesser Town,” famous for the Baroque palaces along Nerudova Street, St. Nicholas Church, and the Church of the Infant Jesus of Prague. We will conclude with a stop at the Charles Bridge, which connects the two banks of the Vltava River. After the tour, return to the campsite via public transport and overnight stay.
Day 9: August 15, 2026
Prague – Kutná Hora – Prague by bus
In the morning, transfer by bus to Kutná Hora for a guided tour. The city is unique for its diverse architectural styles and historic structures, which define its charm. The historic center, along with the Church of St. Barbara and the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Return to the campsite in Prague in the afternoon, with free time to explore the city, revisit sites of interest, or discover new ones. There will be an opportunity to take a boat cruise on the Vltava River (optional). Overnight stay at the campsite.
Day 10: August 16, 2026
Prague – Litomyšl – Olomouc (175 km)
Our first stop of the day is Litomyšl, where we visit the castle—one of the finest examples of Renaissance architecture in Bohemia. Its stunning sgraffito decorations, lavish gables, elegant arcades, romantic garden, and mysterious underground passages have earned it a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We then continue our journey to Olomouc, where we camp for the night.
Day 11: August 17, 2026
Olomouc
The morning is dedicated to a guided tour of the town. Impressive cathedrals, picturesque churches, opulent palaces, monumental monasteries, the magnificent Bishop’s Palace (a standout example of European Romanesque architecture), Gothic churches and cathedrals, and Renaissance palaces with richly decorated facades make this visit unmissable. The afternoon is at leisure. Return to the campsite and overnight stay.
Day 12: August 18, 2026
Olomouc – Kroměříž – Velehrad (82 km)
In the morning, we travel to Kroměříž for a guided tour. Considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Czech Republic, it boasts a picturesque historic center featuring arcades and burgher houses, as well as a majestic Archbishop’s Palace surrounded by splendid gardens. Afterward, we head to Velehrad to visit the magnificent Baroque basilica—built upon Romanesque foundations—and the buildings of the former Cistercian monastery. Overnight stay at the campsite.
Day 13: August 19, 2026
Velehrad – Austerlitz – Brno (120 km)
We continue our journey toward Austerlitz, where a guide will help us discover the history of the great battle known as the Battle of the Three Emperors. It was here that Napoleon Bonaparte fought his famous battle on December 2, 1805, defeating the allied Austrian and Russian forces. We stop to view the monument erected at the site of the bloody conflict. After the visit, we head to Slavkov (Austerlitz) to see the castle where Napoleon conducted negotiations with the defeated armies. In the afternoon, we arrive in Brno.

Day 14: August 20, 2026
Brno
A half-day guided tour of Brno with an Italian-speaking guide. The city—the second largest in the Czech Republic—serves as the gateway to the fertile vineyards of Southern Moravia. A standout landmark is Špilberk Castle, famous for having held Italian patriots Pietro Maroncelli and Silvio Pellico as prisoners. We will also visit the Old Town Hall, home to the Brno Dragon and the wagon wheel—iconic symbols of the city. The elegant, pastel-hued buildings are reminiscent of Prague’s architecture. Free time in the afternoon. Return to the campsite and overnight stay.
Day 15: August 21, 2026
Brno – Třebíč (70 km)
In the morning, we depart for Třebíč. Its Jewish Quarter—featuring two synagogues, an ancient cemetery, and winding lanes with a unique atmosphere—is one of the largest preserved Jewish quarters in Europe. Due to its cultural and historical significance, it has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, alongside the Basilica of St. Procopius. Free time. Overnight stay at a campsite.
Day 16: August 22, 2026
Třebíč – Telč – Linz (Austria) (200 km)
In the morning, we travel to Telč, another charming town. The visit begins in the picturesque central square, surrounded by colorful houses with beautiful arcades—one of the most romantic spots in the Czech Republic. Next is a guided tour of the castle, a site of stunning beauty that is not to be missed. In the afternoon, we set off on the return journey. Overnight stay at a highway rest area near Linz.
Day 17: August 23, 2026
Linz – Tarvisio (370 km)
Continuing the return journey to Italy. Arrival in Tarvisio in the early afternoon.
